How the Plan Coordinates with Medicare

This simple example shows how your UC Medicare Supplement plan coordinates with Medicare when you see a provider who accepts Medicare.

The plan covers annual preventive screenings and lab tests recommended by Medicare based on your age and gender at 100% when you see a provider that accepts Medicare.

Not All Providers Accept Medicare
